Story

Andy Golding died suddenly in June this year. He was doing what he loved.

On Sunday 17th October we will be running to raise money for Cardiac Risk in the Young and celebrating his running journey.

Everyone is welcome to sign up for a run or walk. Minimum distance is 5K, maximum is an ultra marathon. Or just come along and have some coffee, some cake and cheer from the finishers in.

Donate here and sign up for a run on the SuffolkRunningCentre.co.uk website. After the cost of the medal 100% of the entry fee will go to the charity.

Every week in the UK at least 12 apparently fit and healthy young people die of undiagnosed cardiac conditions. With your donation, CRY can reduce the frequency of young sudden cardiac death (YSCD) by working with cardiologists and family doctors to establish good practice and appropriate screening facilities to promote and protect the cardiac health of our young. By supporting CRY you will help save young lives from these potentially fatal cardiac conditions. See how your support can help by visiting www.c-r-y.org.uk
